Studio HQ. Strategy, design, and most of the engineering bench. Around the corner from Cais do Sodré.
Smaller than you think.
Closer to the work.
Kaaal is a small studio shipping digital products. We work with teams that want to lead their market — and we ship our own, like Truckthrust.
Building the products
we would want to use.
Most software loses touch somewhere between the roadmap and the rollout. We started Kaaal to keep the distance short — the person designing the workflow is the same one shipping the feature, and the same one talking to the people using it in the real world. No layers, no broken feedback loops, just software shaped by direct experience.
We keep the scope intentionally small. Six people, two or three client engagements at a time, alongside the products we build ourselves. We turn down a lot of work, and when we do say yes, we usually tell clients what we’d build before any contract is signed. That’s how we keep conviction in the process — fewer layers, clearer decisions, better products.
Six people. One studio.
Hiring quietly.
